Dr (Mrs.) Oluwatosin Abimbola Dokpesi obtained a BSc. degree in Zoology in 1994 and a PGD in Mass Communication, in 2000, from the University of Lagos.
She holds a Diploma in management from ITPAN and a Diploma in Television Broadcasting from the United States Telecommunication Training Institute (USTTI), USA.
Her broadcasting career started as a TV presenter/producer in 1994 with Multimedia International, Clapper Board in 1995, joined DAAR Communications Ltd 1996. She was appointed Managing Director of AIT in 2008.
A philanthropist of note, Oluwatosin has supported and empowered women to establish small businesses, sponsored and encouraged girl child education .
She is a recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy in Public Communications from the Wisconsin University USA for her exceptional contributions to the broadcast industry, the Citizens Image Special Recognition Award as the Great Woman of the 21st Century in Broadcasting in Nigeria and many more.
She is a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Fellow, the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, member Nigerian Union of Journalists, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and Advertising Practitioners’ Council of Nigeria.
