She is the Executive Producer of the First Independent Telenovela Drama Series in West Africa titled "TASTE OF LOVE" an Action Drama Series "CASINO"/ "OGHENEKOME" and PAMPER ME WITH LOVE amongst other thrilling TV Series and Movies. Micromedia Marketing Limited was the first indigenous company to produce a drama series at a stretch with 200 episodes in West Africa.

She spearheads the International distribution of Television Content across 40 (Forty) Countries in Africa focusing on French & Portuguese Speaking African regions, also spanning to Caribbean Countries, North America & Europe on Amazon Prime, Roku amongst other VOD Platforms.

In August 2019, Shileola became the first female to independently own a Cinema Franchise in Nigeria, HERITAGE CINEMAS located in Abule-Egba that serve the highest dense population of Lagos & Ogun Environs. She launched HERITAGE SUPERSTORES & BAKERY as a supplementary service alongside the success of her Cinema in the Niche Environment.
