With an extensive international network spanning Nigeria, Anglophone and Francophone sub-Saharan Africa, and beyond, she is a sought-after conference speaker and moderator, renowned for her deep industry expertise.
As the Founder of the Nigerian International Film Summit (NIFS) and Nigerian International TV Summit (NITV), She hosts annual B2B networking events in Paris, Los Angeles (at American Film Market), Lagos, London (at London Film Festival), Cannes (at Cannes Film Festival), and Toronto (at Toronto International Film Festival). These summits facilitate engaging discussions within Nigeria’s Film and TV ecosystem.
She served as Director of Content Partnerships and Strategy for Nigeria’s startup streaming services and later as CEO and Chief Content Officer of SuperTV, a Nigerian tech startup offering video-on-demand streaming with innovative zero-data technology on the MTN Network, until 2023. That year, she was appointed Vice-President of Creative and Cultural Industries at the Canadians Council on Africa. Currently, she is the Programs Director of the Africa Hub at the Toronto International Film Festival and a board member of the School of Media and Communications at Pan-Atlantic University (PAU) in Lagos.

Demilade Hannah Osanyintolu is a passionate and driven entrepreneur who has made a name for herself in the fashion industry. She started her career as an intern fashion producer and worked for several top fashion organizations before deciding to venture out on her own with Sisíhannah Ltd, a multi-dimensional fashion company. She is a firm believer in the power of fashion to express culture and identity, and she has made it her mission to promote sustainable fashion practices.

Victoria Anosike is a Nigerian fashion designer and the founder and creative director of Kwelaku, a womenswear brand dedicated to telling African stories through their prints and pieces. Inspired by the vibrant indigenous attire, popularly known as “Trad” dressing she grew up seeing on Nigerian women, Victoria’s work is grounded in the belief that fashion is an expression of identity, history and cultural memory. After making a bold transition from a career in banking into fashion, she brought with her the discipline, strategic thinking, and customer-centric mindset required to build a sustainable brand. Today, Kwelaku is recognised for creating pieces that blend heritage-inspired silhouettes with contemporary design for the modern woman. A key pillar of the brand is its commitment to intentional production. Victoria works directly with local artisans and textile producers to develop custom fabrics from scratch, preserving traditional techniques, supporting fair labour, reducing waste, and championing a more ethical fashion future. Through her work, she continues to spotlight the role of fashion in community, culture and African storytelling.

Blessing Ebere Achu is a visionary leader in the African fashion and creative sectors, dedicated to building sustainable ecosystems for emerging fashion businesses. As the Managing Director of 360 Creative Hub and the Founder of Idozi Collective, she is committed to empowering youth and women-led enterprises, promoting Africa’s rich cultural heritage through fashion, and fostering global visibility for “Made in Africa” brands.
With over 14 years of experience in business development and sales management, Blessing has seamlessly transitioned her expertise from the telecommunications and software sectors to the fashion industry. Through 360 Creative Hub, she has created a dynamic space for fashion entrepreneurs, offering co-working, co-sewing, and capacity-building programs that bridge the gap between traditional craftsmanship and innovative technologies. Idozi Collective, her premium retail brand, serves as a platform for independent African designers, curating high-quality fashion that speaks to the world while celebrating African artistry.
A forward-thinking advocate, Blessing is passionate about equipping African designers with the tools and connections needed to thrive on the global stage. She facilitates international market access, export opportunities, and strategic partnerships that amplify the reach of African brands in a competitive global market. Through her leadership, she has mentored and supported countless designers, helping them refine their business models, access critical funding, and scale their brands sustainably.
Blessing is also deeply involved in global initiatives. She has been a fellow of prestigious programs like the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative,Women Entrepreneurship program by Bank of America in collaboration with Cornell University Cherie Blair Foundation Fellowship and the Enpact Mentoring Program Fellowship. She has worked with organizations such as the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) and GIZ to bring resources and capacity development to Africa's fashion industry. As a public speaker and advocate for the creative economy, she frequently participates in key industry events, using her platform to elevate Africa’s place in the global fashion conversation.
Blessing holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an MBA, blending her academic background with practical, hands-on experience in driving business growth. She is the recipient of numerous recognitions, including being selected as a fellow of the Texinnova Acceleration Program and a participant in the Sejour Culture Professional Program by the French Government.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Blessing is a mentor, a thought leader, and a passionate supporter of women in leadership. As the Former Finance Director for the Innovation Support Network,Executive Vice-President of OWIT Nigeria and a Goodwill Ambassador for the Nigerian Student Fashion Design Week she is committed to shaping a future where African creatives lead with innovation, resilience, and pride.
