Jibe Ologeh is an award winning television host, executive producer, content creator and the current president of Electronic Media Content Owners Association Of Nigeria, EMCOAN.

She holds a BA in English Language from The University of Ibadan and several professional certificates from home and abroad. She is also a full member of the Advertising practitioners Council of Nigeria and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.

She founded R Wells media Group in 2001and its subsidiaries JYB TV, R Wells Media & Advertising and R Wells Media Productions. R Wells media Productions has several television and radio shows running on 32 stations across Nigeria. Health Monitor,Young Scholars, My Tomorrow, The Triple M Show are some of these premium educative and entertaining programs that are contributing to indigenous Nigerian content in our broadcast terrain.

R Wells Media has produced commercials for Coca Cola, Viju Industries, Total, Google, Life Mate Furniture and several documentaries. Jibe is an advocate certified by the Cherry Blair foundation and runs the Young Children foundation based in New York.
